Poor communication skills

The owner or manager has poor communication skill , I travelled to Bilene Mozambique on 18-21 July 2024, I asked to help me at KFC since there was language barrier, but instead she didn’t give me back my change and said it fault that I gave her extra money, in our villa we didn’t have toilet and body wash she simply ignored our request or message about the matter.
