Beetravel Worst service ever

Please don’t be fooled by Beetravel, the Bilene tour which commenced on Thursday, 3 Oct 2024 is a disaster. -We travelled more than 18 hrs for a 9 hours trip -We slept in the cars as accommodation was not secured for most of us. -Drivers are so *********** just like the owner, they kept on saying not much was communicated to them about the trip. -Poor hotel services (torn and dirty mattress cover) for more than 40 people. -No communication or whatsoever from the owner (she is not even here)
