SEO/ Beetlebox misleading

In the beginning the experience was great, but I had a few challenges regards to the SEO ranking, when I made the owner aware of the situation he said he forgot to do it.

A week later I asked him to split the website between the original one and bill me for a extra website. He informed he will run the SEO after the websites is changed.

I than went to another professional company to test my website because I couldn't understand why I haven't received any traffic to my website.

I was informed that the website was a templete based website not even worth 100 rand and that the website building process was not followed according to google. There was many faults shown out which kept my website a very low quality ****py one.

When I confronted the owner he said I paid for a free templete website of my choice and I was under the impression that it is a WordPress website, I realised after the discussion with the professional digital website and app developers that beetlebox didn't even asked for my Cpanel log in details to build a wordpress site. I asked him for my money back as he said he would if I'm not happy with the website which I did not receive my cash back.

They also mess my mail outlook up because he wanted me to move from 1grid to xneelo. I had to pay extra to fix my outlook. It was so unprofessional that he told me that I need to use Thunderbird because he can't fix the issue on outlook.

After confronting him he start accusing me of how bad I am and that's why I had bad experiences with previous web designers, it's not the designers faults it is me that is the problem.

I advise everyone not to use this company for any websites or email setup.

I had to redo everything and it cost me double the amount.
