Beetle Bits - Ottery Cape Town

After being a customer for 16 years and 3 beetles later, my experience has been shocking, Engine done over with constant problems. Had to take vehicle back 4 times and its still not right. Now looking for new beetle specialist... Attitude , service etiquette, no apology, arriving to collect - vehicle not ready or fixed... having to wait... Shocking experience. Its used to be a business you could trust but i am now burnt... Owner is moody, shouts and throws temper tantrums when you return with the fault. What he failed to see is his poor workmanship and management of his garage... I do not recommend you go near this garage....
