Worst service ever!

I have just experienced the worst ****ing service from your Cape Town staff. My wife and I arrived with no waiter to welcome or seat us. We walked through the entire restaurant to look for a table and still no waiter noticed 2 patrons looking lost. We then waited at the bar before finally being asked what we would like to drink. We asked the bar man for a waiter to serve us and waited another 30 minutes before deciding to simply leave as we had still not been served. Absolutely the worst mother-****ing experience! I am so livid I feel like breaking your waiters' ****ing necks! I will endeavour to make sure this rotten service comes to light. Truly shocked at how invisible we felt in your place.
