I broke a beeno in half and found plastic like threads in the biscuit. I complained and they told me the following: their QA team have confirmed that it is NOT gut or plastic or Nylon and they're inundated with calls regarding the matter and are very sorry and were very apologetic, I kinda felt like Judge Judy :-)

Anyways...

She said it's cattle hair (That's what we see in the pic, Carin said cattle hair is sturdy/stiff and wiry), the ingredients in Beeno biscuits use the meat and bone marrow from cattle. So it's a batch that got some hair in it. They are releasing a statement to the public shortly regarding this and they've offered their services to collect the \hairy"product from your house and replace it or refund you...

They do not have a Facebook page but they're planning on launching their page some time this week... She said they'll be putting the statement on their page as well... So not a bad way to launch a page and have this as your first post (Feel for them).

Myself and many others don't believe this to be true and need proof. """
