Beeno Gravy coated biscuits

I sent an email asking why I can never find the gravy biscuits in Small -Medium dogs as they are my dogs favourite. No reply. Sent a follow up email that nobody has bothered to answered my email. Guess what???? STILL N REPLY. Will it kill you to have the decency to answer me???? Is it really worth supporting a company who doesnt give a damn about their customers???
