Non delivery

On saturday morning 31/10 i called the beeld query line to report non delivery of my paper. I was told that paper was late and that they will arrange delivery which never happened. this is not the first time this has happened and firstly the call centre is *********** and secondly the delivery people have no pride in what they are doing. i would like immediate refund of all papers i did not receive this year and explanation on why they never deliver the paper after i went through the trouble calling them my client no bp98204 rgds nico
