No delivery on Saturdays but charged for it

Despite several complaints about not receiving the Beeld newspaper delivered on Saturdays the situation has not improved. We are however still charged for deliveries, including Saturdays. Several phone calls have been made and lots of empty promises made that the newspaper will be delivered every Saturday and that we will receive a credit for the Saturdays not delivered.<br> <br> Empty promises!
