newspaper delivery

Please don't subscribe to Saterday beeld delivery in Wierdapark. I have complained to numerous agents but to no avail. I have installed a newspaper cone but still the delivery person find it funny to throw my paper to my dogs. And this has been for the last 9 weeks.
