LATE/NO DELIVERY FOR A YEAR

Every day I have to phone Beeld to have my paper delivered. This has been going on for more than a year. I get the standard reply that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused and it is too late now to get someone else to deliver my paper at home. My favourite reply is that they have taken it up with the management team and they are busy investigating why we don't get delivery. How useless is a department who can not sort out deliveries in 1 year!!!! You are an absolute disgrace for a company and are not interested in your readers. If you would like to get paid and don't do your job go work for Beeld! So far the delivery man has gotten away with it for a year. Well done Beeld, you employ useless people and keep on paying them for doing absolutely nothing. We have requested numerous time that the management team contact me but I always get the standard reply which is they are looking into the matter. DON'T EVER SUBSCRIBE TO BEELD, THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GET AFTER A YEAR AND BEING A SUBSCRIBER FOR 30 + YEARS!
