EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE OF DELIVERY TO HOUSE

I have been complaining on behalf of my employer to the lady mentioned above, and we have written to Beeld at [Email Removed] but do not get any satisfactory results. My employers paper should be delivered to his house daily, but some days he does not get a paper, some days the paper is thrown outside the property. His paper is found blowing all over the neighborhood. No one seems to take any notice of our complaints, and Mientjie just says \it is difficult to get proper help"and does nothing further about the complaint. She gets paid for the service she is supposed to render"
