Delivery problems

Good day, I signed up about 2 years ago with a fathers day special that was advertised. A daily Beeld paper and on Sunday the Rapport.<br> <br> I have been having problems regarding my delivery of the Beeld paper on Saturdays. Last Saturday have been the third Saturday that i have not received a Beeld paper. Last Saturday i phoned in and spoke to Sergio who promised that i will have a newspaper delivered that Saturday. Nothing happened and i am still short of 3 news papers. The credit is not the problem but i am sitting with a frustrated father that gets very upset if he does not receive his news paper. Now today yet again i did not receive a newspaper. I phoned in at 09h00 whereby i was advised that i will receive a newspaper before 12h00. When i phoned in at 12h15, i was told it is to late to complain as it cuts of at 10h00.<br> <br> Well, i dont want a credit, i want my newspaper as i am not sitting for a old man on my back due to you being *********** to arrange proper deliveries.
