Beeld app not working, failing to make refund

I spoke to various people at beeld, to complain about their app -netwerk24, that didn't work on any of my 4 tablets. I asked that my subscription must be stopped and for a refund. Instead they deducted another month's premium after the phone call, and 3 months after the request for a refund - they are still not able to refund me. Absolutely bad customer service!!
