We needed to make changes to our booking, and we received assistance from the most patient, understanding and supportive Reservations Consultant, Naseema Akoon. She managed to accommodate our changes, did all the administration without complaining. Thank you for your kind service and may you continue to be as awesome to others as you were to us. Really the best way to start a weekend.
