Unacceptable

Hello, I would like to advice don`t ever use or book any holiday if you have to book through Anytime Holidays, I can`t see that any decent accommodation places like KIARA LODGE in Clarens work through these people, I booked through Anytime Holidays for Kiara Lodge in December for Jan 2021, that BEFORE the new wave of COVID-19 and also before the president has spoken to the country!!!! They paid a deposited of R11000,00, they don`t want their money back they just want to move the accommodation, Because her daughter 6 years old and are a Diabetic 1!!! and in the same week last week her grandmother past away!!! we phoned from Monday 4th Jan 2021 twice every day nobody come back to us! the following names would of come back to us: Hombakzi Chelle Pumolela Marike Persajne (spelling dont know) still at this moment we battle to talk to a Presani or Zandre that`s the managers who are there in the office but refuse to speak to us!!! we phoned Kiara lodge and they just said Anytime Holidays must resolve the issue !!!!! what can we do????? they must book in comming Monday?? What to do how to go about it we don`t know anymore!!!!!
