Sons honeymeeon and accident before and refusal of Anytime Holidays to give any sort of compensation

I booked a honeymoon for my son at Waterburg Game Lodge from the Sunday after the wedding till the Friday morning at a cost of R4800. At the reception my sons wife twisted her knee and dislocated it . Tearing some ligaments seriously. This was Saturday night. The wedding venue did not have much cell phone reception. She went to a hospital in Warmbaths ad was released late that night. I phoned the lodge on Sunday when we got home to report they would not be arriving. They told me I have to work through Anytime Holidays because I booked through them. This i did and they refused any compensation saying I only reported to them on Monday. My daughter in law underwent a operation the next week and will not be on her feet for 6 weeks. I have all the medical reports but they refuse even to give me another chance to book later! After seeing other peoples reviews of this company I can well understand their poor attitude
