Refund Query

I booked online for a weekend at The Kingdom Resort, my booking included what they advertised as a picnic basket, a romantic turndown and the rare experience. The first issue was the picnic basket was an actual plate, the romantic turndown was a bottle of MMC. The descriptions of both were a false representation and there was no set up. I made a mistake when selecting the rare experience and had to pay again on the premises. I was told the online payment would be paid back in to my account that week, that has not happened 3 weeks post the booking. I am instead being sent emails of conflicting information by the organization. Disappointment is an understatement.
