REFUND
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THEY ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL , I SPOKE TO 3 CONSULTANTS FROM LAST WEEK THE 28TH OF JANUARY 2021 AND IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME WITH MY REFUND. NOW AFTER 4 DAYS I AM TOLD I NEED TO FILL IN A REFUND FORM, WHY DIDNT THE OTHER 2 CONSULTANTS SEND ME THE FORM? WHY DO I HAVE TO GO BACK AND FORTH FOR MY REFUND? NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK OR WHO KNOW HOW LONG WILL I BE WAITING BEFORE I CAN GET A RESPONSE. IF YOU DONT CALL THEM THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS WE SEND THEM, THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME USING ANYTIME HOLIDAYS

11 Feb 2021, 11:14Thank you to Vanessa Jacobs for helping me, my husband had to call Anytime Holidays because I couldnt take it anymore. Vanessa Jacobs seems to be the only person who knows what she is doing there, we got our refund 3 days after she helped us
