Professional and honourable service

I have to also give credit where it is due. Anytime Holidays handled payment issue that arose between me and the hotel very professionally and actually took the hit in terms of cost in admitting an error on their part. This is something that you don't often see. I see some negative reviews about them but I think they might have changed management or something as the service I got was great.
