NO REFUND

Such poor poor service,e-mails ignored,calls from one consultant to another. I NEED MY BOOKING CANCELATION REFUND. The company reviews from clients on refunds is very bad,I will not be treated this way,this is unacceptable. I am escalating the matter to my lawyer. I HIGHLY don't recommend this company.
