NO REFUND
NO REFUND
after several attempt..and empty promises im still waiting for my refund!!! I cancelled our booking on the 9th sept and its now 23 sept.. still waiting!!! Spoke to several agents including the Manager of the resort... all seems to fail! I was promised my refund within days..we are on weeks now! The send me a link to follow for refund ..which doesnt even work! Also no respond is given.. is this a way of ******** people???? I want my refund before the last day of this month or i will take this matter further in reporting it to the estate agency affairs board.
