I made a booking via beekman holidays and I lost my confirmation for a booking at San marthino. I called in so I can get assisted with a new confirmation letter before our big trip. Only to find out that the confirmation they see has been cancelked. Cindy Vermaak went over and above to double check and see if there isn't another profile on my name with a active reservation, she found the correct confirmation number for our booking and sent it to me.
