Exceptional Customer Service

I wanted to book for a few days away at Beekman Holidays resort, Hazyview Cabanas but, I could not book via the Beekman Holidays online booking portal because I had a particular requirement which the portal did not offer. Instead, I rang the Beekman Holidays phone booking line and although initially I was told by the agent that the service could not accommodate my requirement, I was then passed to the agent's line manager, a lady called Chelle. Chelle was the epitome of helpfulness. She exemplified a positive can-do approach, listened to my requirements, and then made and executed a plan to accommodate them. Based on this experience in dealing with the Beekman Holidays phone booking service, and a previous experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending use of their service. Additionally, I would also recommend the resort, Hazyview Cabanas. It is a relaxing place in a very pleasant location, and it meets all our requirements.
