Excellent Service from Kerry Sampson
On the 11th of August, I was booking a family holiday and called the call centre, where I was assisted by Kerry Sampson. Due to the hotel's specific requirements, I had to call back on the 17th to finalise the booking. Kerry still remembered my booking and was very pleasant to communicate with. She showed great patience throughout. I would like to thank her for the excellent service and great call experience
