Efficient redress and excellent customer service
I had previously written a review about this institution where I thought I was being ****med. The business is actually legit, they did contact me and explained the misunderstanding. The matter was resolved in a very respectful way.
I feel it is appropriate that I commend their staff especially Sthabile for handling the matter in a professional manner. Im looking forward to the vacation that I have booked via them and will be booking more vacations with them because they value their clients
