Dhikololo not recommended

<div>Hi I have the most horrific time at Dhikololo 1. The roads to get there is awful The gravel not only damages your car but drive for my kid was awful she cried non stop my car got stuck deep in the mud I could get out till someone came to help me I mean really going on holiday supposed to be peaceful no stress all it was to get there was a nightmare. Any damages on my car yourll will be liable because this is utterly ridiculous 2. Everything at Dhikololo you have to pay for including tubes I mean really I paid close to 7000 for the weekend so exactly what was that for 3. The quality of the room was horrific there were ants everywhere including crawling on the bed We found a nose ring on the bed the oven was dirty they only gave us 3 towel There was a ****roach in the room also a dead insect with a whole lot of ants around it When I complained I was told that I must kill it really so many ants and if they crawl into my childs ears than what The staff also got major attitude when I spoke about the towels and ants they looked at each other said some stuff and left. Also aircon units should be paid for really!!!! I have never heard of that before. You can see they don't clean the rooms properly at all 4.we had breakfast included the Saturday on my birthday thato the waitress assisted us she informed us that from the menu we could only take the waffles French toast and yogurts everything else you had to pay for I was in shock as this was not the agreement Next day princess helped us she said everything on the menu was catered for we were extremely upset and demanded the manager she didn't want to get the manager so to shut us up they gave us extra Nuggets and wings in the picnic basket. The last day of our trip we ordered again and it was thato who assisted us she says apparently we didn't hear so I told her not to lie we both heard what she said In any case we ordered now she comes back and complains oh I booked for 2 adults to kids to eat It was only 2 adults and one 2 years so really how much are we going to eat so she tells us oh we over the limit instead of helping us for all the **** she caused she rather does that in any case we left it ate and went. 5. We were at the pool I ordered a Margherita pizza for my child I distinctly asked them not to over cook it because from experience in my last visit they ruined the pizza but guess what they over cooked it The child didn't eat we didn't either it was jus a waste of time money and very tasteless. 6. We didn't bother going into the hydro as the lady there was rude we just wanted to see if it was full or not she demanded we pay so we just left and didn't bother. 7. The jungle gym the area where the big slide is .. the wires are broken I mean kids are playing there were is the sense really!!! With this awful experience I will never use beekman holidays or go to dhikololo will also be advising everyone I know how bad this is and the quality of service is Send this to your complaints department Regards Tarisha</div>
