Delay in Refund of bookings ( Beekman holidays & Kingdom resort)
I am experiencing a bad service from them working closely with the Kingdom resort I booked and i made a partial payment my bookings were cancelled due to full requirements however its been 2 weeks now trying to get my refund back, i have never experienced a long awaiting refund process with other resorts i am not happy !! Consultants assisting with my case Jade and Cindy
