MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS HAD TO CANCELL A HOLIDAY. THEIR REFUND POLICY SAID 14 DAYS WHICH IS FINE.!!!! AFTER MORE THAN 20 DAYS YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT 7 TO 10 DAYS (WHAT THEY SAY YOU CANNOT BELIEVE) AND THEN MAYBE GET A REFUND OR AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE SAYING YOU MUST WAIT!!! QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT MUST WAIT WEEKS FOR YOUR REFUND OR MAYBE YOU JUST DONT GET IT BACK!!!
