Bad experience!

What a disappointment….we have been through so much with Beekman Holidays…we had to leave The Kingdom Resort yesterday morning, after we were booked here by Beekman Holidays as our first choice Dikhololo Resort’s road was bad to travel on. We booked in on Friday the 28th at 3pm - The accommodation (Villa) looked beautiful….until we had to REST….the beds was so hard, like you are sleeping on hard tiles, we had to get up at 4 in the morning and sat in the lounge to discuss what are we to do….

This had to be an unforgettable 50th Birhday celebration for my Husband.

We did not want to even ask yesterday morning why this resort asks R 7400 per night, with beds that probably costed them under a R1000….the blankets were infested with lice… music was booming in the morning hours….

We had no idea….we were “forced” in a way, to accept this offer, as we would have lost our payment made a month before to Beekman for Dikhololo Holidays: Sales & Rentals Specialists

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - we had to get out of there yesterday morning Saturday the 29th, as it was TERRIBLE to sleep on those beds that was like sleeping on a hard floor, the infested blankets, the loud music….we were supposed to stay for the weekend…

I honestly do not recommend this resort.

Beekman Holidays….be aware that NOTHING are disclosed before you pay, just afterwards when you have a problem they keep on telling you about their policy and procedures.

I honestly hope to not have to deal with them again!!
