Anytime Hiolidays- DECEPTIVE

I booked a resort with Anytime Holidays in January 2021. Due to a family death we cancelled within the given time of cancellation. We agreed to leave our money with anytime and we’re emailed a promise that at our next booking we would get a 10% discount for keeping our funds with them. We have since made a booking with anytime holidays for September at a special we had seen advertised. We were told that we could not get the discount because it was only for online booking..... I put up a fuss and told them that they were holding my money and therefore I would not be able to book..... after goinn backwards and forwards I got the advertised rate. I also asked for my 10% discount and was told that I will not get this as they had given me the discounted rate and would not be able to give me the 10%.

I advised that the discount according to the email was not exempted from discounted advertised bookings rather it was based as per the email on me keeping the funds with them.

There has been a lot of backwards and forwards, I spoke to a team leader Samone and requested to speak to her manager, who she advised would call me back.... it’s more than 96hrs and I have not received a call. This morning I sent an email advising that if no communication came forward today I would post on Hello Peter.... needless to say ..... They are a company that is deceptive and unpopular or faithful to their clientele l.
