Aira is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to assist me in rescheduling my trip due to a family emergency. The compassion, understanding, and professionalism shown by Beekman holidays was truly impressive. They worked diligently to accommodate my situation and showed great empathy and support. Their excellent customer service and kindness made a difficult situation more manageable. I highly recommend Beekman holidays and Aira for their exceptional service and care
