Wrong Canopy

I took my Canopy to Stikland to repair the broken glass .I was told it would take a day or two but would need to go to Paarden eiland branch to be tinted . Over a week later I went to collect and they have installed the wrong window . I have tried on numerous occasions to get an answer from either branch it is now 3 weeks later and still no answer. The Door they installed does not fit properly ,now with the first rains my canopy leeks and my goods are being damaged plus it will lead to rust problems . Please advise me what we can do to sort this out<br>
