Poor & Unreliable Service Beekman Canopies & Agents

Having privately bought a 2nd hand canopy with broken side window, I never thought getting the window replaced would be so difficult. For three weeks being trying to get one of the Beekman Agents to quote and then replace the window, considering that one can only work through agents! Contacted 8 agents, including the head office and experienced this: 1. We will get back to you....still waiting! 2. Please phone next week....still waiting; 3. Vastly varying and rather costly quotations; 4. We will order and call you back....still waiting! 5. Please contact one of the agents in your area! I've given up. The end result is that window is still not repaired. Obviously I need to try and sell this canopy and look for another brand
