Canopy keys Replaced free of charge

I lost the keys for my Np200 Canopy.Years old canopy. Then I went to Beekman Germiston,I was assisted by a lady by the name of Jade.She took a code somewhere on the canopy lock and went in her office/workshop.

And she came back with 2 keys and tried on.They both worked and she then handed them to me with a smile and said I didn’t have to pay for them.
