Bad Service from Beekman Canopies Pinetown

My husband had purchased a canopy from Beekman Canopies Pinetown. They had color coded the canopy, however, the color was distinctly different. When he complained, they had taken the canopy back and refunded. For the black Friday Special my husband had purchased another canopy. The salesperson, Riaz, was very spiteful in my opinion. He refused to color code the canopy for my husband as well as charged him a higher price than he had originally paid a month before. I feel that Beekman Canopies Pinetown had purposefully gave us a faulty canopy. The canopy lock was faulty as well as the canopy leaks. We have purchased Beekman canopies before and this had never happened before. When we notified Riaz from Beekman Pinetown, they just did a patch job and the canopy still leaks to date. Because of the faulty lock, one of the keys broke which we requested Beekman to order (at our expense). Beekman drilled extra holes in the canopy and I think that it is quite ridiculous for us to accept such ****. Although beekman has a beautiful design, poor staff behavior is unacceptable. I am disgusted that Beekman gave us such poor service.

1. Did not match color correctly 2. Cab Slider still leaks to date. Poor patch job with Silicon 3. Faulty Lock - drilled extra holes on the canopy. 4. My husband requested replacement keys (that he was going to pay for) and Beekman has not got this from February to date (September 2020)
