Bad customer service or a ****?

Placed and paid for an order on their website more than a week ago. Zero confirmation or communication from their side. Numerous e-mails, online enquiries, whatsapp messages goes unanswered and gets ignored. It is either the worst customer service I have ever experienced or it is a ****? Not sure yet. Be carefull.
