Poor service at beefmaster

I was on the que when the employee shouted "next whoever that wants to buy" what offended me is how she spoke to us with no respect like we are there to play. Politely I told the lady I was offended by how she addressed us and rather than apologizing she shouted at me. I left after being served and she still continued to shout at me. Reported the incident to the manager and the lady continued to shout at me. I was so disappointed at their service and how they treat us, it's poor service I received.
