Killed bees

Steph came to remove my bees. I asked him three times if he is killing them and every time he rep**** no. He sprayed them with something that smelled bad, cut the swarm off and put them in a plastic bag (which my son later said that they wouldn't have been able to breath). R650 for 10min! I later saw that all the bees left in the piece that he didn't take, were dead! It looked like they have been dipped into oil! When I phoned to complain, they just said if the bees are gone, then I don't have a peoblem any more! Avoid them at all cost!!
