Bee My Guest horrible experience

The picnic setup was NOT AT ALL what we agreed on in the picture. The food was rotten, the drinks were hot. Thank God we brought our own food because I had read ********** reviews about them anyway. I paid R750 for something that was sub par, to be honest it deserved R300. They changed the venue the day before from the park to the beach due to some lousy excuse about termites meanwhile it’s coz all their other customers were at the beach. The disappointment in my face when I saw what was put up for us vs what I actually paid for, the table cloth was dirty, cutlery dirty. Just overall everything was disappointing. I will never recommend, nor ever use these people again. We had fun because we made the most of it.

Such a pity because they have a good concept going, they will literally put themselves out of business if they carry on taking their customers for a ride. They have lost what would have been a loyal customer if they had done everything as agreed and to a higher standard.
