Never received the order

<p>I got involved with the Bee Kind project in August 2015. I ordered honey and a shopping bag. Bee Kind said they are having troubles to deliver the honey. And I thought I'm just gonna wait a little longer. On their Facebook page they ask everyone to send the proof of payment and order number. I send them an email with proof of payment and my order number etc. They rep**** Thank you. After a few month I saw that people receiving their honey on the Facebook page. I followed up about my outstaning order 4 times via email with no reply. I asked kindly on the Facebook page about my open order. They deleted my comment and kicked me out of their page (they blocked me for liking it again) so that other people don't know about their bad service. I was happy to suport them because it was for a good cause. But the behaviour is so unprofessional and unfair. I know that there are many people also still waiting for their honey. Be careful and don't suport them.</p>
