Poor Work Ethics and one Rude person

I phone this guy to help remove bee's off a property that my work owns. during the phone call with him he had made arrangements with myself to when he will be free to do the job which was friday @ 9am. he still arrives late for the appointment he had made.

on the day of the job he removes the Bee's and only after the job has been done he then sends me a whatsapp message stating that it is a COD payment, but prior to that i had asked for banking details for my company to do an EFT after the work was done. he then phones me threatening me that he will take 30 hive to that property where he removed the bees from and demanding his money straight away or else.

who in their right mind would do that to someone who gave them business, and him as a business should have stated from the beginning that he will need cash on the day of the job which he never.
