Appalling Treatment, Shocking Service

On Saturday (3 February 2024) I had a nail appointment at this salon, I sit in front of the woman to do my nails (not any beautician that works there, the actual owner) she rudely and argumentatively tells me that she thought I was coming for a fill not an entire set of new nails etc. She tells me she really does not have time for this! Upon making the appointment no-one asked me whether it was for a fill or for a new set. I had done my nails at this place in December, I in the meantime remove the product from my nails as it has grown out so much (it is now the first week of February 2024) I tell her oh well its okay i will rather come back next week, she rudely tells me Oh no i am fully booked next week! She then proceeds in doing my nails with such attitude, to my horror she hurts me so badly, pushes my cuticles until they bleed, forcefully removing cuticles to the ends that pulls the skin away from my nail. Due to infection and to prevent infection, I have had to sleep with Germolene for 3 nights! I am so shocked at this service and treatment received from the owner herself, after spending over R 10 000 with her doing micro needling along with special face skin products etc. and then this is how one gets treated. This is appalling, actually shocking. I do NOT recommend this Salon and I will NEVER go back!!!
