Useless!!! Very, very, very bad service!!!

I hVe never, ever received such poor service ever. Not even from a government institution. I bought a bed on Saturday... They promote same day deliver... It's Tuesday and the bed is still not deliver. This was at Bedzone Mall at Carnival. I was promised that the bed would be delivered by 10am today and it's 17h00pm already. After numerous calls to the branch. Was promised to get called back by the manager and 2 other people and it never happened... Lewis Furnitures sucks when it comes to service.
