Unprofessional
It is very disappointing to find that the communication from Bedzone is so poor. I apply for credit than I have be approved but now I’m wondering if this real or my credit will be used by someone else. Cause I’ve sent all relevant documents but now I’m given the run around

24 Jan 2025, 08:49I would like to thank Bedzone Roodepoort Branch for making me happy. Even when Bedzone Alberton couldn’t help me the Roodepoort branch showed me Flames with great customer service. Although I was a Bit spicy towards the staff but they kept being professional and constantly communicating with me. Big thanks to Sello (Manager), Eugene and Tshepiso for making me happy and insuring that the name of Bedzone serves good purpose. I received my bed and headboard and I’m extremely happy although I haven’t opened them but I’m happy. Thank you Bedzone Roodepoort
