Unhappy with product

Made an online purchase 29 June 2024 bed was delivered the very next day which I was happy about. A month in I could feel the bed sagging a bit. Thought I was imagining things. The bed is now making squeezing sounds and is very uncomfortable. I recently had a back op and this situation is not helping at all. Could someone please help me.
