Refund my money!!

I opened a credit account with bedzone, I have been paying very monthly on the 1st without fail. I received an SMS to pay via EFT on the 29th of which I paid then on the 30th the deducted money from my account.

I called them to explain what's happening and sent all the documents to prove that I have paid twice, I have been asking then for an immediate refund and I need to help my sick mom with the money.

I understood when they told me it was a holiday yesterday(1 May 2024) as they promised to sort it out today.

I have been calling the store and the head office more than 10times today and they still have not refunded my money.

I'm now stuck and don't know what to do as nothing has been done till now and all the documents are on their side to prove that they have taken money that they should not have.

I need this money in my account today
