POOR SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES

I bought a Bed at Bedzone Tembisa through an agent. Everything was done, Interview done, all papers submitted and my employment verified. Debi Check mandate done and I greed to everything. They agreed that they will deliver the Bed today at 10H30. I clearly informed them that the Bed is for my younger sister who is moving JHB CBD to be closer to her place of study. Now when I call them I am being taken from pillar to post, everyone I talk to has to consult with this one, who also has to consult with this one. No one is giving me a definite answer. They even say if they were to deliver they will not deliver at the student residence in JHB CBD because my address says ALEXANDRA even though I made it cleat to them that I am purchasing the Bed for the student and has to be delivered at the student's residence. As we speak my younger sister will have to spend the night sleeping on the floor because the bed is not delivered and no one is taking responsibility for the inefficiency. Very very poor service and very very disappointing because we are being sold lies, we make plans based on the agreements we have with them but they can just willy nilly change them as and when they please. Now they even saying some of the items I bought are not available in their warehouse but they sold them to me anyways.This is false selling, will definitely be reporting this to the Ombudsman because this is unacceptable.
