Poor customer service

Its funny how the canvass us then afterwards their communication is verry poor .. stuff member from benoni lake .. "Lady D" force gave me a verry bad customer services.. just because i only missed 1 month of payment she spoke to me as if im a piece of trash i tried to explain my situation but she ddnt even listen to my storry she yelled at me telling me tht its not her busines tht i have problem .. i mst hurry and pay the money .. im so disappointed.. . And il make sure that i tell people not to swimm in a pool of being disrespected as a customer they must try somewer else not bezone
