Is it same day delivery turns to more that 48 hours
I'm very disappointed at Bedzone for the lack of keeping promises, their trucks are written same day delivery but you wait for more than 48 hours, what happened to same day delivery or to the Thursday delivery that I was promised and today is towards the end of Friday no sign of them, and no call from manager as was advised they were going to call me yesterday? Really 2 promises not kept, should I even trust the quality that was spoken about? Or was it another lie?

22 Jan 2025, 15:34I'm still waiting for someone to come get the beds.Since they showed up unannounced day before yesterday and was advised by Yolanda of that and made plans with her to have the beds fetched yesterday after 4 but no one came, followed up with her this morning as she has not come back to me till now
